From Zac Lloyd-Jones: I’d like it if other bikers would
be able to enjoy the ride I had yesterday in the Peak District, as it
was so fun I had a big stupid grin on my face the whole way there haha.
It’s on the way to Wetton Mill from Ashbourne going through small
country roads with tight corners and some straights. The road passes
through the valley around Thorpe Cloud and continues on to Wetton Mill.
There is one point you have to be careful of though just before you get
to Wetton Mill because if you come out of the corner too fast there’s
no barrier to keep you from falling off the road thirty feet down into
the river below. It was very exciting even on my little CBR 125 so I’m
sure people with bigger bikes could enjoy it more.
